Product use, safety, and third-party services
Product guidance, measurements, lifestyle images, and general outdoor information should be reviewed together with the specific product listing and instructions. Use outdoor products lawfully and with consideration for other people, property, local rules, and environmental conditions. Third-party services may have separate requirements disclosed by their providers.
Bulk orders and representation
Contact us before a large wholesale or resale request so we can review stock, handling, and any separate terms. Retail availability is not a promise of unlimited supply. Buying goods does not authorize you to represent yourself as an official Everlunena distributor, agent, or partner. Such a relationship requires a separate agreement.
Ownership of protected content
Brand assets, original text, photography, graphics, and other protected materials belong to their respective rights holders. A purchase transfers the purchased goods subject to applicable terms, not ownership of website intellectual property. Use of protected material beyond permissions granted or exceptions in law requires authorization. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
